Staff was super nice. The room needs a some TLC ( bathroom). The mattress was super hard. And the room had a smell, needs air freshener spray.
We knew we were going to arrive around midnight. We called the staff during the day to let them know. They were happy to put a note for the next host so that we did not lose the room for being so late. Staff was friendly when we got there and kind in the morning. Staff was also kindas well as the housekeeping. We slept well and had a nice continental breakfast.
I have 5 stars because it truly was a decent hotel. The breakfast was good and rooms clean. What I would mark them lower on is the comfort of the beds and the rushing out of breakfast. Beds- If you like a super firm mattress, this is your place. Breakfast- It is posted that you have breakfast until 9. That is prompt! They start cleaning up a few short minutes after 9 and will clean up around you. This did not personally happen to me, but I watched them pulling items out right around a gentleman making waffles this waffles weren't even done and they had the butter and syrup put up. My daughter was making oatmeal in the microwave and had to usey spoon because they put those up as well. Mind you we were down there dining by 8:40, but we're not rushing through dining. Other than that everything was great!
The staff were very nice. The rooms were very clean and larger than I thought they would be. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Girl was very friendly checking in, but she asked for my phone number, and email, which I had already filled out, but she asked in front of another guest, I kinda didn't like that. Room was nice, but that toilet so low to the ground, for people like me who had hip replacement surgery, tough to get back up. Breakfast was awesome. Down below you ask if great value, thats a total no from me.
It was a nice place to stay. The sign on the door said no vacancies but when I checked inside they did have a room for us with one bed and a jacuzzi. It cost more than I wanted to pay but I was thankful we were able to get a room in a nice hotel.
This hire was lovely! The room was spotless and smelled good. The bathtub was huge and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was top notch!! This will be our stop from now on when we travel to see our family.
Breakfast has been upgraded, very clean, the beds are AMAZING, the staff is always great, and the lobby decor is just adorable. They decorate it so cute according to holidays! Way to go guys! We will be repeat guests at this location!
